Meditation

 Meditation is a practice that has been around for thousands of years and  is known for its numerous mental, emotional, and physical benefits. It  is a technique that involves focusing the mind on a particular object,  thought, or activity to train attention and awareness and achieve a  mentally clear and emotionally calm and stable state. Here are some of  the key benefits of meditation and a description of how it can be  taught: 


 

Benefits of Meditation:

  1. Stress Reduction: One of the most well-documented benefits of meditation is its ability to reduce stress. It helps activate the body's relaxation response, reducing the production of stress hormones like cortisol.
